Phoebe R. Henninger

I'm a PhD Candidate in Political Science at the University of Michigan. I study American politics with a particular focus on election administration, election law, and voter behavior. My broader research interests include bureaucracy, public opinion, and survey design.

Currently, my research examines the structures that make up election administration systems in the United States. I study how these systems vary across states and how these differences affect election outcomes and public perceptions of fairness and accuracy.

Before coming to the University of Michigan, I received my B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an A.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the Community College of Philadelphia.
